Whenever I power on or make/receive a call I get notification of 4 messages. 2nd round with Verizon advanced customer support and their clueless. Miserable just getting to advanced support. I've been a customer for over 20 years.

DavGeo, I rely on my phone constantly, so receiving a notification of voicemail and having no message is very concerning. I will be more than happy to assist. Please share with me how do you normal access your voicemail (vm app or *86)?

I do both, *86 and tap on the notification. Ray with "advanced" tech support was supposed to call me back last Friday. This is the second time Verizon's "advanced" tec support from India had lied to me. They refuse to transfer me to anyone that can help! They just continue to insist on trying the same useless procedures. 20 year customer dealing with this! Verizon was once the best, no longer.
