My Galaxy is telling me my original charger is not compatible with my phone. Started last night. Anyone having this problem?

also i am trying to access the troubleshooting link on verizon and it keeps telling me to many re-directs. anyone having better service or experience with other carriers?

Have you tried a different charger to see if that works?

if usb charging, try another port or use the wall charger.

Sorry to hear about trouble with getting your device to charge. We know that not being able to charge your device is a critical issue. Were you able to give it a shot with different outlets or USB ports? With regards to the web-link issues, were you able to try a different browser or clear your browser history/cache?
