also i am trying to access the troubleshooting link on verizon and it keeps telling me to many re-directs. anyone having better service or experience with other carriers?
Have you tried a different charger to see if that works?

Sorry to hear about trouble with getting your device to charge. We know that not being able to charge your device is a critical issue. Were you able to give it a shot with different outlets or USB ports? With regards to the web-link issues, were you able to try a different browser or clear your browser history/cache?
