First, you need an apps on your cell which can open and read Microsoft Office documents. There are several of them in the Market, some free, some pricey. Once you download and install one of these apps (I use Office Suite myself) connect your phone to your computer with the supplied USB chord. On your computer, you will see a new hard drive. This new drive is your cell phone. I should mention, don't try looking into your SD card in your phone, it becomes "invisible." Now, all you have to do is drag and drop the documents you want on your phone from your computer to your new hard drive. The .doc, .xls, etc. will put the files into the correct file. Finally, disconnect your phone from your computer the correct way. click on the icon in the lower right of your computer and then click on disconnect. It will tell you that it's safe to disconnect. You will then be able to see your SD card again and the documents you dropped.

Thanks, Now a question, you can back up onto Google documents, but can you open up a document from Google? I know with Microsoft Cloud, you can transfer back and forth, but that's all you can do is transfer.

Lightbulb just came on. Google Drive is an apps one can download such as Office Documents. Just downloaded it an see if it's any better than the apps I already have for document viewing/editing.
