Norphinsgirl, we certainly want you to be able to get back into your phone. We are here to help in any way we can. To get past that screen you can use the steps from Motorola to get into the Recovery mode screen.
There you can try selecting Reboot system now. If simply Rebooting does not help, then a "wipe cache partition" would be needed.
