Is it legal for VZW to leave a threatening phone call THAT DOES NOT EVEN STATE THAT IT'S FROM VZW but says "The IRS is suing you."? I keep receiving these. The call-back # from this robocall is [removed], which is how I found out it's from VZW, BUT the line is always busy so can't speak to a person. This in regards to my dead son's VZW acct. which has a $187 balance and is still in probate. I am told NOT to pay any of his bills. VZW is the ONLY harassing/threatening phone call I continue to get, even though VZW has assured me TWICE now that these calls would stop. ANYBODY?
