Why Can't I Give Kudos?

You can only give kudos after you have a certain number of post.

You only have two posts so far and that is not enough.

[EDIR] While I did not find the exact number, I found this FAQ/Info https://forums.verizon.com/t5/Community-Announcements/Verizon-Community-Ranking-System/m-p/797929 where it talks about Community Rank and  Functionality Granted.
