Changes to Auto Pay effective 2/14/24

Effective 2/14/24, customers enrolling in Auto Pay will no longer receive Auto Pay/Paper free discounts when a debit card is used.

If you combine Auto Pay and paper-free billing discount, you may be eligible for a $10/line per month discount on eligible monthly phone plans. To qualify, you must:

• Be on an eligible plan.
• Sign up for paper-free billing.
• Use a bank account or Verizon Visa Card as your Auto Pay payment method*.

*If you signed up for the Auto Pay and paper-free billing discount using a debit card before 2/14/24, you continue earning the discount. You keep the discount even if you change to a different eligible mobile plan or a different debit card.
