How to Redeem Your NFL Sunday Ticket

Football season is upon us and there’s no better way to catch, all the action on Football Sunday than with NFL Sunday ticket, now available to Verizon’s customers. In this guide we’ll walk through the simple steps and requirements to redeem your NFL Sunday Ticket, so you won’t miss a single touchdown! Let’s get you ready for the season!

Eligibility:

Fios: New customers on 1 Gig or 2 Gig internet plans.

5G Home Plus or LTE Home Plus: New customers on 5G Home Plus or LTE Home Plus plans.

Mobile: New customers who purchase a select phone on Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Ultimate plan, or existing customers that purchase a select phone and add a new line on Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Ultimate plan, or an upgrade on an existing Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Ultimate plan.

• Customers must activate offer within 60 days of purchase/Installation or no later than 12/10/2024 whichever is first.
• Activation requires a Google account, and current form of payment.
• Cannot be combined with existing NFL Sunday Ticket subscription.
• Content will begin on 9.8.2024, which is when the Sunday games begin.

Redemption:

Fios Customers:

• Click “Review Offers” link in email received after installation is completed (This link will take you to Home Offers page after you sign into My Verizon).
• Select the “NFL Sunday Ticket” Redemption tile located on the Home Offers page.
• Click on claim offer and then review and accept the terms and conditions (you will be redirected to Google/YouTube website)
• When on the Google/YouTube website, you will provide consent for Verizon to access your Google account and then select Continue. (Remember activation requires a Google Account)
• You will be redirected to YouTube, where you can start watching football games starting 09.08.2024!

5G Home Plus or LTE Home Plus and Mobile Customers:

• Click “Review Offers” link in email received after installation is completed, or sign directly on to My Verizon and click the Offers Tile on the account dashboard after installation is completed.
• Select Make the most of your plans.
• Select the NFL Sunday Ticket from YouTube offer on the Select your offer screen.
• Click on claim offer and then review and accept the terms and conditions (you will be redirected to Google/YouTube website)
• When on the Google/YouTube website, you will provide consent for Verizon to access your Google account and then select Continue. (Remember activation requires a Google Account)
• You will be redirected to YouTube, where you can start watching football games starting 09.08.2024!

Troubleshooting Steps:

• Customers that don’t receive an email after installation can sign into My Verizon desktop site or My Verizon app and select the offer tile. Email link is not needed.
• Customers who cannot locate the offer in offers tab, should verify that all eligibility requirements listed above are met.
• Customers who cannot locate the offer in offer tab should make sure they are logged in Account Owner or Account Manager.
