I couldnt agree more. I have been calling VZW constantly about this issue. They always say it is the phone manf that determines buttons on the phone and what is used during a call and not them. if you still own an old phone with the actual buttons on it, these work great with 3-way calling. You can just keep pushing the green send button to go between the calls or join them together.
