I purchased my iPhone 11 pro amx last November, 2019 when Verizon had a promotion.
I turned in my iPhone 10 ans switched from AT&T to receive $750 credit.
The sales person told me that I would receive account credit of $750 after I pay 2 monthly payment but I never received any credit yet.
Is this a scam?
