I am at my wits end. I have spent hours on the phone with tech support and 3 trips to Verizon stores to try to fix this. My phone will get calls just fine and then all of the sudden it starts sending everyone to voicemail. I am losing business and I have lost my patience.
I have had this issue unknowinglyat first every since buying my new iPhone 11 pro. Of course I didn't figure it out until someone told me and that was day 15 of the new phone.
please please please make this right!
