Apple locked

I need to know where to get a copy of the original documents when this plan/phone was created a few years ago. I am locked out of my account with Apple and they will not reset without proof of purchase.  Can not get updates or access certain files and turn off “FindMy” since I’m locked out. I want to upgrade my phone but I need access first  HELP please
