Went in to get camera on iPhone 13 repaired and while waiting interminably for the reboot, sales agent Sally at Hebron store in Carrollton, Texas, suggested that if I weren't happy with my Apple product's performance, I could upgrade to a Samsung.

Do resellers have an incentive to sell Samsung? It really made me angry, this suggestion. Here's why: Apple users think of their devices as their babies. When your baby is sick you don't go get a different baby; you heal your own baby. You don't get a Samsung when your Apple is sick. Something to keep in mind, I hope.
She got my phone fixed and charged me $40 and left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
