I just received my Iphone 14 from Verizon... first and LAST time I will purchase something at Verizon!
NO Litium battery sticker applied in the box, NO trade kit for me to return my old phone
A larger box and the phone dancing inside without anything to protect the device. Box completely
smashed.
Never experienced such a thing with Apple or with my previous much-less-expensive carriers
