I posted on this community board in early July regarding the seemingly common practice of bait and switch to upgrade to a new Iphone, received one private message, responded with the information requested, but never heard from a Verizon representative again. Can someone please help me?????? Does this board just go into the Verizon netherworld?????

Most bait and switch threads I've seen here (and there are a lot) are usually a result of the customer not reading/following terms.
