In the middle of my phone calls lately, the sound goes distorted as if the person on the other end has lost signal. It has happened on every phone call since the weekend. I have never had any service issues in my area before. I thought it may have been my phone but another person in my home has Verizon and has been having the same issue. How do I check for outages or service issues around me?
