Can't make or receive calls after ios12 update

I updated my iphone 7 to ios12 and now I cannot make or receive calls

We never want you to have an issue with calls on your phone. We are here to help. 

 

After the update, is your phone having an issue with getting a signal? Do you know of others with Verizon that have an issue with calls on their phones?
