All of a sudden I can't view current usage for minutes or messages for the 2 lines on my plan. It changed from one day to the next. For years I've been able to see calls and messages in real time. Now the website shows 0 minutes, 0 messages for both lines for the entire current billing cycle. I can only access the info once it's been billed, but not for the unbilled cycle. I'm using the website on a Mac desktop. I tried getting support from Chat and the rep couldn't solve the issue.
