Cannot connect outgoing call to one specific cell number on the Verizon network.

Cannot connect to a specific number with an outgoing call.  The call goes to voicemail after first ring.  Can call the same number on a different phone with no problems.  Is there a setting I accidentally activated.  I have been able to call the number in the past.

Please complete a soft reset by holding down the power button and home button simulataneously. If you still run in to issues with the call again please ensure that the contact information is correctly entered. We want to ensure that you are able to reach this particular contact number.

Sounds like they are ignoring you or blocking your number

In my same case, the line says the number is not in service and yet when called on a non-Verizon number it goes through fine.

If you are having trouble calling one number, and one number only, and other numbers can call it fine, it sounds to me like they have your number on there block list. Is this possible? Have you been able to speak to them about this? I actually did this with a number in my phone and it was a complete accident, so ask them to check there phone blocks.
