I cannot use apps while on Cellular Data and I cannot hear and people cannot hear me when I answer phone calls! All my Bars will be up and say LTE but I still cannot hear or use my apps on cellular data. Please help!
I have NEVER had this issue before until yesterday/today. I have been going back and forth all day with Verizon Support in Twitter Direct Messages. PLEASE HELP!
