Our office recently moved to a new location - one block from our old one. EVERYone with Verizon is having problems. Either you can't place/receive calls or calls get dropped once you're on them. How can we report this situation? It's incredibly frustrating. We've resorted to using landlines in conference rooms. But, doesn't help when we're outside the building walking around - no coverage there either! Thank you.
