Why do I have add a new line to get the bogo iPhone? Is there anyway around it? Been a loyal customer for 15 years and after calling and chatting no way to do it. its seems customer loyalty is not important to Verizon!!

my company offers discount at a few different carriers. If i switch, i can get the discount plus the bogo deal. i wish verizon would offer something to existing customers. If they offered it, i'd take it in a heartbeat

What are you going to do in two years when you will be in the same boat at a different carrier? Island hop carriers every two years?
Verizon Wireless does offer promotions for existing customers that don't involve a BOGO. You just have to look for them.

Explain to me why existing, long term customers cannot get same deal. I wanted to get new moto z3 for $10 month special. I do not need NEW line. I would be utilizing possible same plan and payments as a new customer. I will change after the 10 or 15 years I have been with Verizon. I don't need a new phone every 2 years. Why should I pay more than another customer, New or used, like me?
