My phone is not loading anything when I’m not connected to wifi. I checked the cellular data, and it’s still on. I’ve restarted my phone about a dozen times and that hasn’t changed anything. I have an iPhone 12 Pro that is only just over a year old, there’s no reason it shouldn’t be working like this. Can someone help?

I first noticed the issue this past Saturday (Feb 4th) and it has since not changed. My zip code is 77063
