Disconnect fees after I paid the same week

I just paid my bill on Monday and was disconnect on Friday!! What garbage!! I should have been credited my full amount of my reconnect fees but could only do one. An email or text would have been nice. If I would have know I would have made the full payment on Monday. But when you make a payment it doesn't allow you to talk to someone. Ive been with this Company for over 10 years. I'm done!
