Dropped calls bad signal

I upgraded to an iPhone 11 about 2 months ago and have had issues ever since. I have spoken to local sales reps and have gotten nowhere. 

I have been with Verizon for 29 years! And now in 2020 I have more dead zones in my daily travels than I did in 1999. Come on....what is going on with Verizon lately....I see ATT in the near future for me. Customer loyalty must mean Diddly to them. I am just a # 

 

hard to believe that in this day and age there is a spot on earth you should drop a call. I’ve even dropped them while in a WiFi zone.
