I am a long-time Sprint customer. I recently decided to switch to Verizon when the iPhone 5S came out. I got online on the 20th, ported my number over from Sprint and made the switch. I got a preorder confirmation email with the order number included. But when I go to check the status of my order, it says "We received your order and it is in process", with an expected ship date of 10/7/2013. Why is it still in process? What is taking so long? I ordered it over a week ago! This is ridiculous!
