I received an e-mail stating that my $200 gift card is ready to be redeemed because i joined Verizon Fios. When i try and redeem it i just keep getting directed back to the main page. This happens over and over. This also happens when i try and redeem my google nest audio speaker that it says i'm eligible for. Please any suggestions?
