Is there a way to remove previous owner of iPhone from a past due balance and put the phone in my name with prepaid? Previous owner has past due with postpaid.
Yes, just pay off their postpaid balance due first
The original owner would have to reach out and pay off the remaining balance on the device and possibly the past due balance. This depends on if the account was sent to collections already.
