How do I cancel Total Mobile Protection?

You can remove Total Mobile Protection from your line at any time from the Add-ons and apps page in My Verizon. Upon canceling, you'll receive a prorated refund of your monthly fee.

DO NOT remove Total Mobile Protection if you want to switch to another device protection option. If you do, you'll lose your device protection eligibility. Instead, go to the Add-ons and apps page in My Verizon and enroll in the device protection option you want. You'll then be prompted to remove Total Mobile Protection during the enrollment process.

Note: If you cancel Total Mobile Protection, you won't be eligible te re-enroll in Total Mobile Protection or any other device protection option unless you meet the eligibility requirements.

Jimyoyh, I am sorry to hear you are looking to remove the insurance from your devices. Equipment insurance protects your phones, in the event they were to be lost, stolen, or physically damaged. Before removing the insurance, we would need to disclose that you are unable to re-add insurance to the phone unless there is insurance open enrollment and your phone is free of any physical or water damage or within thirty days of purchasing a new phone. If you would still like to remove the insurance from your phones, you may reach out to our Customer Service Team by phone at 1800-922-0204 or by reaching out to us via Twitter @VZWSupport or sending us a private message on our Facebook page.
