Has anyone ever experienced this situation. I recently ordered a brand new iPhone 13 pro max silver color 256GB brand new to replace my old iPhone 11 Pro Max. When I opened it, the phone was outside of the box and so is the rest of the things inside the box. The iPhone box label was slit on the top and bottom part as if someone bought that, used it a couple days and send it back to Verizon. This is really disappointing from a customer perspective. I did not pay almost $1500 for a used phone. Someone need to reach out to me because this is unacceptable.
