it has been a full week now where i cant receive or send sms texts but i can call and have full data, my work is having the same problems with verizon. we have tried all the troubleshooting methods besides getting new sim cards (but why would they all of a sudden all die?) what is going on verizon?! no one has answers!
The same thing happened to me a couple of months ago with my iPhone 13 Pro. I spoke to about 3 or 4 people who couldn't help me. I ended up talking to a tech specialty person who disconnected me from the network and reconnected me and it started working again. I hope you can get it fixed. I know it is frustrating.
* a tech specialty person/network person (not a sales person) who worked at Verizon. Luckily I got connected to her after other failed attempts at troubleshooting.
