I have been hearing many horror stories about people doing the $800 credit trade in for an iPhone 14 and getting scr*wed over from the trade in deadline.. I shattered my iPhone 11 the other day and traded it in for a 14, but I'm already having problems before it has even got here. I ordered it on Oct 29 and chose 2 day shipping. It should have been here by yesterday or today. My mom called a Verizon service rep about it and he told her I have to wait ANOTHER 12 DAYS for my phone to arrive. I want to know if I could get a faster shipping date or just trade inn my damaged my phone at the store.
