If you were to switch, to whom would you go? No BOGO...time to go?

We've been with VW since they bought Cellular One (close to 20 years). We need to upgrade out phones, but the good promotions (Pixel 3 and iPhone XR BOGO deals) require the need to add a line...and you know the drill. We don't need a fourth line so a new customer can get two new phones for $800 or so, while we can get the same two phones for $1,600. At least $25,000 (likely closer to $30K) over the last couple of decades, but no love for all that money and loyalty. Again, we wish it still meant something to corporations, but it clearly does not.
It's looking like time to move on. AT&T is clearly comparable...has anyone had any luck with other providers.

Hello, LLPE33!
We know how tough this situation can be. We always want to ensure that you are getting the best deals possible at all times on the devices that you want. We do have deals and promotions for just upgrade situations. You can get $200 off the LG ThinQ or $100 off the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 or S8 and multiple other Android devices. You can get up to $200 off of the Note 8 or S8 with eligible trade in. I hope that helps find a great set of device to help you stay with the very best services.

This is really your response? To offer absolutely nothing other than your current deals, which are terrible for current , let alone longtime, customers?
This is neither helpful nor useful. A response that is a waste of my time and yours, offering nothing to the customer other than "too bad" and thanks for the tens of thousands of dollars over the years.
The key, I guess is to jump ship every two or so years to get the best deals, because none of the providers care about retention.
