Can I surf the internet or use my hotspot while on call when I upgrade to the iPhone 5 on Verizon?
I do not believe so. I am pretty sure that the exchange of data is stopped when a voice call is place or received. At least this has always been my experience.
Several threads on this forum indicate the answer is 'no'. You may want to do a search on it for more info.
