All cell phones on vzw.com have reviews on them that are written by Verizon customers who own the phone. The iphone 4 is the only phone on vzw.com that does not have these reviews, or at least if it does I can't find them. Yes, I know "it's the Iphone", and you should know already about this widely advertised already phone, but I want to read reviews from Verizon customers, to see what their level of satisfaction/ dissatisfaction they have with the phone. Is Verizon trying to suppress this information to promote sales? Customer based reviews should already be posted on this phone as it has been on sale for almost a month.

Thanks, I don't know how you arrived there, but I have clicked on links under smartphones, the landing page, and more info about the i phone and still couldn't find it. That's why I like the support forums, lots of helpful advice; and thanks for all the helpful comments.

good question. it's not listed under "top rated phones." it's also not included in "smartphones." it has it's own category, which doesn't include user reviews. i guess you have just found one more thing that makes the iphone so unique.
i'd say this forum should give you a pretty good idea of what users think. it looks like most people are very happy with it. you can scroll through these threads though, to find some of the complaints about it....but overall, it seems to be what everyone wanted. and you are correct...there's no reason there shouldn't be any reviews yet. maybe apple's site has them?????

As for myself, I have been a vzn, att and tmo customer and now I find myself back with vzn (amazingly) with a iphone after being a winmo, driod, bb user. In the short time that I have been back, I have noted one thing "call quality seems to be superior" key factor....I am tired of dropped calls or calls that could not be made on the initial dial and having to do a redial (call me silly on that).
As for data, I have had faster data services when all was in order and there were no tower or server issues. but i am not experiencing any thing that bad (outside of the first couple of days) of having service, most likely this was provisioning related.
As for the iphone, its superior to the last one i had and returned (iphone 3) and I can do what i need to do as a business user with occassional forays into music and videos on down time.... I have had no problems with phone calls, emails, texts, caledar, rss feeds, podcasts or wifi / gps (my first level of concern) as for location awareness poynt, siri, starbucks, micoach and dragon dictation and travel apps (my second tier) it meets my need.... everything else to me are nice to have (iturnes. ipod)
but i guess my point is, call quality is their and it meets my needs....did i buy a "cool phone" or a phone which is more functional physically as a smart phone to meet my business needs, i believe so.
from a new and ancient vzn user....

i don't know how nismos found it either?? and 4 days on one charge is ridiculous for a battery! if i have 3 hours of use time on my phone, i'd be doing good to get about 10-15 hours of standby. it would be dead at the end of the day. it wouldn't last 3 or 4 days even if i didn't touch it....lol.

It's easy to get to, go to www.verizonwireless.com then click on phones & devices, then click iPhone, then right next to the "key features" it will say customer reviews.

i can only guess here....but maybe it comes up because you already have an iphone4??? when i click on iphone, all that comes up is the order page. there's links to faq's, specs, check upgrade eligibilty, check order status, more about iphone, accessorize, getting ready guide.....but no "key features" or "customer reviews? i got to the page with your link, but cant get their any other way on my own. it's likely my own error....but key features and user reviews aren't on the page that loads for me.
edit* and of course, the "order now" links

When you get here, click on the order button for whichever model you're curious about. If it didn't already ask your zip code, type it in. On the following page, reviews are right above the picture of the iPhone on the left hand side of the page or below the picture in a larger area. Hope this helps.

For me. Wow... The battery life is the best right now. Out of all of the smartphones I have owned the iPhone 4 takes the prize. Sure I may have lost flash, customization, and a few other perks. What good are those if I end up 1/2 the day without it? I also hardly use most of the stuff android has to offer.
My wife is on the 4th day and 18th hour with 3 hours of usage of battery life, THAT IS SICK!!!!!!!!!!!

Couldn't agree more. The battery life difference between my Incredible and my iPhone 4 are night and day.
