After turning the Iphone 6s Plus off and the router off and then letting it boot back up and then turning the phone back on, and then calling the internet provider to check if the login information was correct, and then resetting the network connection on the phone, it still won't connect to the wifi. It always pops up with Incorrect Password even when I'm getting it right from the side of the router. Why is this happening and exactly what is happening?
You should not have this much difficulty connecting to WiFi, Bkuehns. We can solve this mystery together. When you go out shopping or to McDonalds, Starbucks, ect. Does your WiFi connect? Are you using upper and lower case letters on your WiFi password on your home router? That may be the issue. Keep me posted.
