I noticed my data is mostly being used for chat. I do not use chatting apps. If someone has had access to my phone can they be using my line to hide communications with someone?
No one else can use your data unless you have a shared plan. No one has access to your phone.
Read the data usage in your phone, not on your myVerizon account.
If using iMessage for text, that would appear in ‘chat’.
