Daughter got notice she almost reached hotspot data. Now she cant use Whatsapp or apps on her phone. Only can make calls
The hotspot data usage is counted against the overall data usage, but shouldn't affect the phone only data.

We live and breath by these apps, so I know the importance of getting them to work, Quadmom98. What happens when your daughter tries to use Whatsapp or other apps? Do they work when she’s on wi-fi?
When she uses the My Verizon app, how much data does it show that’s been used this month?
