I suddenly lost all data connectivity this evening. I’m at home where it’s worked for several years without problem. I can access internet and apps when on WiFi and can make calls but text messages only come through on WiFi and nothing works if WiFi is disabled. I’ve been through the entire Verizon troubleshooting guide and the only thing I haven’t tried is a factory reset.
Because you have attempted every other step, the final step would be to run a factory reset on your device. If your service is still not working after completing this step, then we may need to look at replacement options for your device at that point.
