I have been a Verizon customer for 11 years. In early November I ordered a new Apple Iphone 13 pro max. After 2 weeks I was notified by UPS the phone was delayed. Then, 2 weeks later UPS says the phone was lost. Verizon said I needed to submit a claim to UPS? Their shipper lost my phone and they are requiring the customer to file a claim?? I cancelled my phone order and now have to wait 13 days for the order to clear my account..Not good!

Did you ever get this completely resolved? I'm still in limbo between UPS and Verizon with neither being helpful. Sigh
