Lost electric power last night. While I was able to use talk and text, I could not use the internet to check with the utility company. I had to call an ATT customer to get the info. Maybe the Verizon tower was also affected. Tried Chat and this community for answers but no help. Doesn't Verizon have a technical page that explains the outage and/or where we lost Verizon services? I was told ATT has better service in my area...do I need to change carriers?
