It keep saying Mobile + Home Rewards savings may be affected after pending account changes are made. When I try to join mobile + home discount. Talk to several agents, none of them get this done. I am getting unlimited plan because it have discount, now I have to pay $60 extra every month.. not saying that free iphone 12 from verizon is trash, very slow and lag. cant even beat the 7plus I used for several years.

I have the same problem. Can you help me with that as well? It seems there are quite a lot of people experiencing the same issue on this forum. any solutions? I feel I got tricked by verizon and activated 5 lines. I'm now paying $70 more every month on cell phone bill and want to move back to att

I am getting Mobile + Home Rewards savings may be affected after pending account changes are made message and unable to enroll. I tried contacting both Verizon adn Fios supports who were unable to help me.

I have the same problem. I tried all browsers on a desktop and a mobile device, and in the mobile app. Also, I tried reinstalling the mobile app. Nothing works. This error message about pending changes makes no sense.

I’m also facing the same issue and I have been on numerous calls with Verizon Reps. Supervisors, Technical Team Specialists and what not. It’s been over a month now and no one has helped me at all. It’s not what I expected when I transferred 7 lines to Verizon. If this continues, I’ll forced to leave. 

Somebody please help!

I'm having the same issue.  I have been trying to resolve this for the last two months.  Spoke with both mobile and fios representatives at least 7 different times and nobody was able to figure this out.  Please help!!!

I have been trying since September to get this discount as well and have continued to see Mobile + Home Discount savings may be affected after pending account changes are made. I have tried the chat multiple times, I have tried calling, I even went into a Verizon store and NO ONE could help me. It's very discouraging.

Hi Rodney, 

I had FiOS first and then transferred 7 lines. Nothing seems to help. I was asked to wait until 22 to clear all the pending things (there was nothing pending FYI) and I tried today still the same error. It’s pointless at this time and I feel cheated.
