My calls keep failing on my Apple XR. Verizon tells me there aren’t any cell tower problems in my area., but I watch the reception bars at the top right of my phone go from 4 to 0 frequently. It is happening when I travel out of state as well.
Chedcav, thank you so so much for bringing this to our attention. We want to make sure that you have nothing but stellar service with your iPhone XR. You stated that you have the same issue when you travel away from your area as well. Makes me wonder if there might be something with the device that is causing issues. How long has this been going on? When this started, was there any changes to the device (new software or app)? Please keep us posted. KevinR_VZW
