My iPhone IMEI added to blacklist (looks like VERIZON did it)

I recently purchased a used iPhone 13 Pro. It works well with various carriers, but its IMEI appears to be blacklisted by Verizon carrier on some checkers; can anyone confirm whether this is a mistake or not?

I can provide the IMEI or any other required information.

I want to get it off the blacklist if it was added there by mistake.

I hadn't information about balance.

I bought this phone from hands as used.

Is there any ways to check it by IMEI? 

Also if there any unpaid balance I would like to pay it, or just check if there no mistake.
