Not receiving text messages for invoices and verifications - was something changed? they are messages received from 5 digit numbers. 000-00 is an example.
kjm19, I know how important it is to receive all text messages to ensure nothing is missed. We are here to work toward a resolution. The phone should be able to receive texts from companies via a short code. Is the phone able to receive standard text messages? Have any of the blocks on the following web page https://www.verizon.com/support/block-unblock-services-faqs/ been implemented?
