So I am really frustrated and confused hopefully someone can help me out. I changed my number today at 7pm and it is now 9:40pm. I opted to have the number changed effective today. My phone as of right now does not make or receive calls, send or receive text messages and does not have internet. I can not even call customer service to find out what s going on! Does anyone know if this is normal?

Dial *228 and let your phone reprogram

If you have a 4G phone just power cycle.

omg thank you soo much!!! it is a 3G...i didnt think to reprogram   thank you so much for the help!!!!!!
