Verizon overcharged me $75 per month for 15 months. They will not do anything about it. We could not access our account online to see specifics of bill because they had my wife, the account owner, listed as a child. She went to their store 8 times to get it fixed. They kept saying we would be credited but never did. Beware of add a child line deals.
