We went from AT&T to Verizon after moving from Missouri to Georgia because the area had better service after 3 year's we still have bad service with only 2 bars in the reception. We have moved to Northern Virginia and still have the same bad reception of service. I am in a complete 4G area and only have 2 bars if that at times. Is there a setting I am missing or is it time to change to a different provider? We bought our phones outright. When I went into the store all they did was want to sell me an upgrade and tell me it is what it is, and I have to live with it. How much more can service degrade. if someone has the answer to fix this issue please advise.
We would be sad if you left us. I know how essential it is to be able to have service in your home area especially after moving. I would love to see what else is going on to help you. Having two bars is okay as long as you are not having service issues. What type of issues are you having exactly? Is anyone else having this issue?
