We preordered the iphone x and received a confirmation email, but we cant check the order status. Page keeps saying internal error. Is this normal?
I was tracking my status via the Verizon app, my order was already on my Feed page, and when I logged in on Safari my order automatically showed up in my Verizon. You can also hit the link from email, all three of those worked for me. My phone will be here today, i’m Waiting on UPS now.
